212 HEALTH group fitness is designed for older adults who want to maintain their health and independence as they age. Most class participants are 65 years old or older and the training focuses on improving functional strength, stability, joint health and balance.

Our Youth Speed, Agility and Strength class is designed for middle school students.
We focus on making exercise enjoyable so they build a lifetime habit of consistent
exercise. We also stress the importance of moving well so they are less likely to be
injured, improving their performance and building their character to face challenges
both inside & outside of the gym.
