Group training sessions consist of functional strength exercises aimed at improving your strength, mobility, and stability, along with conditioning that enhances your endurance and supports a healthy body composition.

Senior Group fitness is designed for older adults who want to maintain their health and independence as they age. Most class participants are 65 years old or older and the training focuses on improving functional strength, stability, joint health and balance.

High School Strength and Conditioning

High School Strength and Conditioning

This class is designed for high school students who want to improve their performance both on and off the field! We focus on building strength, power, athleticism and injury resiliency so your teen can be their best. We strive to build their character through our training sessions so they can have a positive impact in our community!

Youth Speed, Agility and Strength Training

Youth Speed, Agility and Strength Training

Our Youth Speed, Agility and Strength class is designed for middle school students. We focus on making exercise enjoyable so they build a lifetime habit of consistent exercise. We also stress the importance of moving well so they are less likely to be injured, improving their performance and building their character to face challenges both inside & outside of the gym.
