Daily Motivation!

I was so inspired by a 212er who came in to train the other day. He travels a lot for work which leads to a pretty hectic and unpredictable schedule. He was back home in Salt Lake City for 16 hours, and made time to come in and work out! It’s such a great reminder to prioritize your health and wellbeing by staying active. Whether you are home and come in to a class at 212, on the road and squeezing in a hotel workout or just choosing to walk in the airport instead of taking the shuttles, remember how much better you will feel by choosing to be active rather than sedentary.

Here’s a quick tip to staying active- when you’re tight on time or low on motivation, allow yourself the grace to workout at a lower intensity. Some movement is better than none, and it’s way easier to get a workout or walk in when you aren’t intimidated by how hard it’s going to be.
