We often hear from 212ers that one of the hardest times to avoid eating junk food is in the afternoons or evenings after lunch or dinner. This easy recipe for cookies has no added sugar but can still be a good, sweet treat or post workout snack packed with fiber and good plant protein. For optimal results, treat them like a sweet snack- they’re good enough to eat the whole batch if you aren’t eating them mindfully! If you leave out the chocolate chips, each cookie has just over 2 grams of sugar. Enjoy them baked or raw and keep them interesting by changing out the nuts or berries. Enjoy!
