Meet the 212 Fitness Team
Our Coaches
Jamie and Josiah Schultz
Josiah and Jamie opened 212 Fitness in 2012 with the goal of improving lives in the Millcreek Community through strength and fitness. Josiah began coaching fitness in 2011 after serving four years in the United States Marine Corps.
Josiah was hooked on bringing functional strength to our community after seeing the life changing effects it had – improving mobility, building strength, losing body fat, lowering people’s cholesterol and blood pressure, and allowing people to maintain their lifestyle and independence as they age. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Jamie is the reason that 212 has continued to change lives. She has been instrumental in building the 212 community into the caring, positive and supportive group that it is today. Jamie was born and raised in Millcreek and is a Certified Personal Training with a degree in Business and Marketing from Westminster College. She loves squats, hates sleds and stays busy chasing around the next generation of 212ers at home.
